A narrative approach consolidates core learning of Action-Space-Dynamics-Relationships and introduces elements to expand dance knowledge. Pupils combine making artistic decisions by responding to creative tasks. When performing, pupils reflect, analyse and share ideas using simple terminology.
You will learn to include turning and changes of direction into your actions.
Move: turning requires balance and control. Move: combining turning and travelling requires coordination.

Mistake: Contrast is the same as opposite. Correction: Opposite is an example of contrast. For example, a contrast for travelling forwards is backwards. But contrast can also mean different. For example, travelling around a bend or turning on the spot are different so would also demonstrate contrast.
