Remote learning: an introduction to dance
The unit of work will challenge pupils to respond to the changing stimuli using a range of different and controlled actions, showing character, expression, control and accuracy. Pupils will learn how to co-ordinate their bodies to create short sequences.
You will learn to create a range of actions to represent different superheroes with unique powers.
Move: performing uniquely different actions to represent different characters requires control. Think: knowing how different characters look and feel requires focus and expression.

Mistake: Superheroes spend all their time as superheroes. Correction: Superheroes often have a normal human life until the world needs saving and that is when they transform into superheroes.
