The unit will increase pupils' motor competence when running and jumping. Pupils will show self-belief as they explore different ways of moving and balancing, and linking these together.

Move: running in a space requires balance and control. Think: being aware of where the space is to move into requires concentration.

Mistake: Long extended strides are needed to run fast. Correction: Long but comfortable and natural strides are more important to stay relaxed and in control.
