Caring: how do stories inspire actions?
This unit will examine the idea of care through a focus on two worldviews: Christianity and Islam. Pupils will investigate two stories that they will return to later in the curriculum. They will see how Christians and Muslims have interpreted these stories to care for others today.
You will learn to describe how Christians might care for their neighbours today by offering help to those in need.
Many Christians try to put the message of the Good Samaritan into practice by caring for their neighbours. Their neighbours are people of all religions and no religion.
