In this unit, pupils will examine how different Christian and humanist families welcome a new baby. They will make connections between the idea of welcome and dedication - comparing religious and non-religious ceremonies to see similarities and differences.
You will learn to describe how people's beliefs may mean they welcome a foster child into their family.
