Graphic Communications
This is a teacher led unit which introduces to pupils to the skills within their endorsements. Through a series of workshop activities, students experiment with a range of materials and techniques. They develop a range of studies exploring mark making media, print and mixed media.
You will learn to explain how typography influences logo design and create your own typographic logo to represent a brand.
A simple design is easily recognisable and memorable. Complex logos can be difficult to reproduce and may lose clarity. Organising text in a way that creates a clean, professional look. Consistent alignment helps guide the reader's eye.
