This cultural unit consolidates present tense regular verb patterns, adjectives and adverbs, possessive adjectives and a range of pronouns. In addition it further develops the imperative, including the nous form for 'let's + verb', and teaches the two uses of present participles.
You will learn to recognise new nouns by relating them to known verbs and can begin to use both to understand political contexts.
Adverbs can sometimes be created from adjectives, and nouns and adjectives can sometimes be created from verb stems. [i] is pronounced as in 'midi', [on] is pronounced as in 'non !' and [tion] is pronounced as in 'attention !'.

Mistake: Some nouns ending in -ion or -ation are masculine. Correction: Every noun ending in -ion and -ation is feminine. There are no exceptions.
