In this unit pupils anchor numbers 1-12 and key sounds que, qui, ce, ci. They add -s or -es to form plural nouns, learning determiners 'unos' and 'unas' and interrogatives 'cuántos' and 'cuántas', which they use to ask and answer about how many in the context of a carnival.
