Healthy eating in action
In the unit pupils apply key healthy eating messages to their own and others' diets. They examine and use food labels to make healthier choices, and calculate the energy and nutrients provided by a recipe that they make.
You will learn to apply healthy eating tips to what you cook and eat.
The 8 tips for healthy eating provide simple messages for us to follow. Being active is important for health, making the body fitter and stronger.
