This unit will explore basic agility, balance and coordination skills with a focus on ball control and challenges to develop competence in a range of games. Pupils will need to think creatively to modify the ideas presented to them whilst producing personal best performances.
You will learn to throw a projectile with accuracy over different distances from a variety of positions.
Move: releasing the projectile and following through in the direction of the target improves accuracy. Think: deciding which target to aim for in order to win the game requires problem solving.
