You will learn to throw with coordination and accuracy from both hands in a variety of ways.
Move: using a variety of techniques will meet the challenge of throwing over different distances. Think: following safety procedures will help reduce the risk of injury or damage to equipment/surroundings.
using different parts of the body together smoothly and with control.
Mistake: Throwing something with more force will make it more accurate. Correction: Increased force usually reduces accuracy unless the technique is correct (stance, grip, arm swing and follow through).
