This unit explores a wider range of tactics and strategies to include dispersal, penetration, support and screening in attack whilst defensive strategies of delay, compactness, depth, balance and control/ restraint can be applied in many sports with the ball in hand, at feet or on a stick.

You will learn to control the ball with both feet and use dummy passes to create space.
