This unit explores pupils' ability to respond effectively to problems and physical challenges, both individually and in cooperation with others. Developing awareness of others and ability to work in teams is essential to success in life and in this unit.
You will learn to work as a team to mobilise a strategy and reflect on individual contributions.
Move: rapid hip and knee flexion enables you to duck and avoid capture. Move: controlled slow and steady movements will help us stay in time with others.
