Dance: my moves, my brilliant body
A pure approach introduces Action-Space-Dynamics-Relationships and some constituent elements in each as a basis for future units. Pupils combine content making personal choices based on problem-solving, aesthetics and safety, providing opportunities to reflect and share opinions.
You will learn to apply different dynamics (speeds) to a range of actions.
Move: using different speeds changes the appearance and quality of an action. Move: moving slowly or quickly requires control, balance and coordination.

Mistake: There are only two speeds, slow and fast. Correction: There are a wide range of speeds. We might think we can run fast, but a horse can run faster than us, a train can travel faster than a horse and an aeroplane can travel faster than a train.
