Year 11 - French
People and lifestyle: Faire de bons choix
In this unit pupils apply previous knowledge of irregular verbs, impersonal verbs, indefinite adjectives, interrogative adjectives and demonstrative adjectives. They will also meet personne ne...+ verb, rien ne...+ verb and the negative adjective determiner aucun.
You will learn to write in detail about the importance of healthy living and how to prepare for a healthy future.
Using a range of negative structures adds subtlety and complexity to descriptions and viewpoints. Indefinite adjectives are used to describe a noun and give more detail. They go before the noun they describe.
a form of verb used to express what would happen. Say or write it in a short sentence so you use the word actively.
Mistake: An extended 150-word writing task should be planned as one complete task. Correction: It is helpful to break down an extended writing task into two paragraphs and then to further break down those paragraphs. This allows students to manage the length of the task by treating it as four smaller connected tasks.
