Unit Summary
In this unit pupils apply previous knowledge of irregular verbs, impersonal verbs, indefinite adjectives, interrogative adjectives and demonstrative adjectives. They will also meet personne ne...+ verb, rien ne...+ verb and the negative adjective determiner aucun.

Key Notes
- 'Même(s)', 'autre(s)', and 'quelque(s)', meaning 'same', 'other' and 'some', agree in number with the noun.
- 'Tout le' meaning 'whole' or 'all' agrees in number and gender. 'Chaque' (each) and 'plusieurs' (several) do not change.
- [c] is soft before e, i and y or if it has a cedilla [ç]: merci, ça va. Before all other letters, [c] is a hard sound.
- Use demonstrative adjectives 'ce, cet, cette, ces' to mean 'this/that/those'; they often answer the question 'which?'
- Use interrogative adjectives 'quel, quelle, quels, quelles' to ask 'which?'
