This unit will examine the socio-cultural factors that impact on physical activity, sport and society. Understanding engagement patterns of different social groups and factors affecting participation require an ability to interpret and analyse data.
You will learn to interpret data and graphs relating to participation in sport and physical activity.
Data is factual information gathered about the context being studied. Analysing participation trends helps identify who is physically active and what activities they engage in.
