Outdoor adventurous activities: solving problems
The unit of work will develop pupils' ability to apply effective teamwork through different problem-solving challenges. Throughout the unit, there will be a focus on pupils' ability to apply skills essential to working within a team as well as creating and applying effective tactics together.
You will learn to work effectively with your team to ensure we collaborate successfully.
Move: completing obstacle courses requires agility, balance and coordination. Think: creatively adapting an obstacle course makes it inclusive for everyone.

Mistake: Pupils become too fixated on specific movements in their obstacle courses and become upset when others make adaptations. Correction: Stress the importance of movement for enjoyment,and that adaptations are sometimes necessary so everyone can succeed.
