Unit Summary

In this unit pupils use previously taught and newly learnt forms of 'tener' in the contexts of school, home and physical description. They synthesise familiar and new language for the purpose of describing a friend. For this they learn new carefully selected high frequency vocabulary.

  • The [ch] sound in Spanish is the same as the English sound in the word 'chocolate'.
