Athletics: train and perform in a sport education season
This unit will develop pupils' ability to perform in a range of athletic events with a focus on personal best improvements. They will learn about different components of fitness and the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Pupils will take responsibility for working in small teams.
You will learn to perform under the pressure of competition and contribute toward a team goal.
