Future plans and work experience: 2-verb phrases with 'aller', modals, 'il faut'
In this unit, pupils talk about future intentions using aller with infinitive. They also practise this two-verb structure with modal verbs in all persons, as well as intonation, est-ce que questions and negation with two-verb structures. Pupils also use 'il faut,il ne faut pas' with infinitive.
You will learn to use modal verbs in the 1st and 2nd persons plural to talk about work experience.
[ou] is pronounced as in 'nous'. [u] is pronounced as in 'tu'.
pronounced as in 'nous'. Say or write it in a short sentence so you use the word actively.
Mistake: [ou] and [u] are both the same 'u' sound. Correction: Be careful not to mix up the similar but not identical sounds, people may not understand you or you could be saying a different word to the one you mean.
