Move: moving like a sportsperson requires powerful, purposeful and precise movements. Think: to maintain control and efficiency, plan and sequence movements strategically.

Mistake: Being good at sport just means being fast or strong. Correction: Success in sport depends on coordination and balance, timing and decision making, technique and skill execution, awareness of space and teammates, and many other factors including experience. Many of these can be practised away from the sports pitch.
