Unit Summary

This unit provides pupils with the knowledge and opportunity to replicate skills in isolation and in performance scenarios in basketball. As a popular team sport offered it will cover passing/receiving, dribbling, shooting, marking and defending and decision making in both attack and defence.

Lesson Summary

You will learn to use defensive strategies to limit space and shooting opportunities in and around the key.
