This unit will provide guidance and support to enable pupils to successfully complete their exam board specific coursework.
You will learn to analyse and evaluate the performance of myself, or someone else, in a named activity from the specification.
Analyse fitness and skill strengths and weaknesses in chosen activity. Evaluate a training method to increase a fitness weakness.

Mistake: Once planned, I just need to take part in the training without writing anything down. Correction: It is useful to keep up to date training logs for each session to help monitor progress (these are not included in the word count) as well as doing mid PEP fitness testing to check progress and adapt the planned training programme where needed.
