Spoken language masters: refining public speaking skills
In this unit, pupils develop their confldence in delivering speeches. They first focus on finding a topic for a presentation, before building confidence and stronger vocal techniques. They finally deliver their presentations.
You will learn to understand how to ask and respond to questions, and use effective preparation techniques for confident delivery.
Being an effective audience member can mean being supportive, respectful and encouraging success. When asking questions, you should aim to make them relevant, clear and constructive.
