A pure approach deepens understanding of Action-Space-Dynamics-Relationships and how to create, develop and analyse ideas, motifs and dances. Pupils select and combine key elements to create effects, drawing parallels between communication methods and illustrate how artistic processes are applied.

Mistake: Pupils create sequences and motifs that include long stops between actions as pupils fail or forget to use additional actions to aid transition. Correction: Remind pupils that in order to create a sequence that flows well, we need to include addtional actions to support the transition from action to action.
