This unit utilises a thematic approach to provide pupils with a platform to apply knowledge from other subject areas. This will enable them to develop movement ideas beyond those introduced. Open ended tasks encourage and value a range of responses continuing to build creativity and teamwork.
You will learn to apply accurate placement to your performance.
Move: accurate placement enables meaning to be projected effectively. Think: finding ways to represent non-human activity requires imagination.

Mistake: Projection means that you have to look up. Correction: Projection is effectively communicating a dance idea. This often involves looking outwards towards an audience but would not be appropriate if communicating a concept such a secrecy, nervousness or reluctance.
