Using IT in project management
Project management has numerous transferable skills for pupils, from simple time management to structured project management techniques. In this unit pupils will have the opportunity to develop invaluable skills in using common software tools and systems used for project management.
You will learn to develop testing documentation to demonstrate how the product has been tested and use this test data to evaluate a completed project.
Creating a test plan helps you to outline what needs to be tested. A testing table records what needs to be tested, who will do it, when it will happen and how success will be measured.
reflecting on what has been done well and what could be improved. Add one real device or system example to prove understanding.
Mistake: Testing should only be done at the end of a project. Correction: It is good practice to test products during and at the end of a project.
