Project management has numerous transferable skills for pupils, from simple time management to structured project management techniques. In this unit pupils will have the opportunity to develop invaluable skills in using common software tools and systems used for project management.
You will learn to create planning documents for a project and then use these plans to create project products.
Understanding the project scope helps you to define clear boundaries and set realistic goals. Understanding the project scope ensures everyone is aligned on what the project will and won't include.
