Target games: experience lifestyle games like golf and kubb
This unit will develop pupils' awareness of and ability to seek joy in lifestyle target games they can access in the community. Pupils will be supported to manage their emotions and apply mental preparation to closed skills to maximise performance.
You will learn to explain the basic rules of Kubb and play a simplified version of the game.
Move: throwing the baton underarm with a straight elbow and a pendulum swing maximises accuracy and control. Think: deciding where to aim and creating simple strategies together in a team requires problem solving.
