Outdoor adventurous activities: team building
This unit will develop pupils' ability to apply effective teamwork, ensuring that everyone is included and understands their role. Pupils will begin to develop and apply simple strategies to solve problems with a focus on applying effective collaboration skills when working as part of a team.
You will learn to communicate well with others and show trust in order to become a successful team member.
Move: moving quickly across the space will help our team to win the challenges. Think: knowing how to communicate clearly will help us develop trust and complete the challenges successfully.

Mistake: Some pupils may only think about speaking in relation to communication. Correction: Information can be communicated in lots of different ways including signals, gestures, sounds, pictures and words. Receiving, interpreting and acting on the information sent is also half the process of communication.
