This unit will develop pupils' ability to apply effective teamwork, ensuring that everyone is included and understands their role. Pupils will begin to develop and apply simple strategies to solve problems with a focus on applying effective collaboration skills when working as part of a team.
You will learn to work effectively as part of a team by including everyone in order to successfully complete challenges.

Mistake: Pupils may think that if someone has been designated to a team, this means they have been included. Correction: People can feel excluded even when they're part of a team if they are ignored or not included in the decisions being made. There are many things that you can do to help your teammates to feel included and valued in the team.
