This unit will teach pupils the meaning of strength, flexibility, agility, balance and general movement competence to support overall fitness. Pupils will complete focused circuits developing their own movement skills, enhancing their understanding of the importance of healthy active lifestyles.
You will learn to apply the correct technique for a range of actions as you complete a movement circuit.
Move: completing a range of activities and performing them correctly requires control and balance. Think: knowing how to complete the circuit of activities safely and with the correct technique requires reflection.
