Remote learning: moving well
This unit will teach pupils the meaning of strength, flexibility, agility, balance and general movement competence to support overall fitness. Pupils will complete focused circuits developing their own movement skills, enhancing their understanding of the importance of healthy active lifestyles.
You will learn to challenge your own personal best by completing different movement challenges.
Move: developing our fitness and challenging our personal best requires using the correct technique for each action. Think: reflection enables us to safely perform each activity using the correct technique.
