This unit will teach pupils the meaning of strength, flexibility, agility, balance and general movement competence to support overall fitness. Pupils will complete focused circuits developing their own movement skills, enhancing their understanding of the importance of healthy active lifestyles.
You will learn to balance on a range of body parts and link the balances together.
Move: balancing successfully on a range of body parts requires holding each balance completely still. Think: selecting balances to link together requires careful planning and reflection.
