This unit will teach pupils the meaning of strength, flexibility, agility, balance and general movement competence to support overall fitness. Pupils will complete focused circuits developing their own movement skills, enhancing their understanding of the importance of healthy active lifestyles.
You will learn to challenge your own personal best by completing different flexibility focused challenges.
Move: challenging our personal best through activities that develop our flexibility requires the correct technique. Think: reflection enables us to safely perform each flexibility focused activity using the correct technique.
