During this unit, pupils develop their understanding of information technology and digital literacy skills. They will use the skills learnt across the unit to create a blog post about a real-world cause that they would like to gain support for.
You will learn to evaluate the credibility of online sources to help you with your own work.
Digital content should be analysed for credibility. Checking the author, source, purpose, date and facts is used to evaluate the credibility of online sources.

Mistake: All information that is found on the internet is true. Correction: Anyone can create a website. Check who wrote it, when and if the facts are correct. Don't believe everything you see without checking first!
