This unit will build core skills and develop the use of game tactics to outwit opponents in pressurised situations. Pupils will sharpen their team working skills with a focus on managing conflict and generating the conditions for a great game regardless of the skill level of the participants.
You will learn to play a basic game with correct scoring and rotation of playing positions.
Move: keep at least one buttock in contact with the floor while striking the ball. Move: serve from the back right corner and rotate clockwise when service is won.

Mistake: Sitting volleyball is only for people with disabilities. Correction: Sitting volleyball is a Paralympic sport, however it is an inclusive and adapted sport that anyone can play regardless of ability.
