Maps to explore identity, journeys, and imagination.
In this unit, pupils explore how maps can be used in a different way by artists, to tell stories about who we are and where we've been. They will create their own personal maps, think about identity, places and people that are imporant to them and journeys they make.
You will learn to show movement, journeys, and change in a map artwork.
Movement can be shown in artwork. Artists use layers to suggest movement and change.
