Textiles
Pupils learn about biomimicry and innovation. They will learn how to use sources of inspiration to create a range of ideas for a product encouraging children to grow vegetables. The pupils will develop ideas and manufacture a prototype. Variation allows for different material outcomes.
You will learn to use feedback and interpret this information to inform and justify design developments.

Mistake: Development of design ideas is coming up with a completely new idea or the idea has to be changed significantly. Correction: Developing an idea can be changing and altering very small things such as function, materials, size, proportion or aesthetics.
