Health and wellbeing: commitment to a personalised training plan
This unit will develop pupils' ability to design and carry out a training programme with a focus on physical fitness and commitment to exercise that is enjoyable and tailored. Pupils will also learn about nutrition to help support them in living a healthy and active life beyond school.
You will learn to enhance your mobility through flexibility exercises and stretching.

Mistake: Flexibility training is only for dancers or gymnasts. Correction: Flexibility training is useful for all athletes as it can improve mobility, posture and reduce muscle tension making all movements easier.
