Outdoor adventurous activities: outdoor pursuits and team challenges
This unit will develop pupils' independence and team working skills through outdoor pursuits and challenges. It will challenge pupils to think about and gain competence in lifestyle pursuits that encourage engagement beyond school whilst also developing physical fitness and connection to nature.
You will learn to create art from natural materials that have been collected from your surroundings.
Move: engaging your core muscles increases stability and balance when lifting heavier objects. Think: running style can be adjusted following the assessment of increased risk when carrying objects.

Mistake: Individual objects can't be used to make art. Correction: If we collect a range of materials in contrasting colours and various textures, we can combine them to produce a nice composition.
