Outdoor adventurous activities: outdoor pursuits and team challenges
This unit will develop pupils' independence and team working skills through outdoor pursuits and challenges. It will challenge pupils to think about and gain competence in lifestyle pursuits that encourage engagement beyond school whilst also developing physical fitness and connection to nature.
You will learn to take on specific roles within a team to work towards achieving a common goal.
Move: running with short, efficient strides conserves energy for the duration of the challenge. Move: using both lower and upper body when throwing will increase the potential power.

Mistake: The task is impossible. Correction: Each stage of the challenge is possible. A reset in order to start again may be a good strategy if you get confused.
