This unit will develop pupils' independence and team working skills through outdoor pursuits and challenges. It will challenge pupils to think about and gain competence in lifestyle pursuits that encourage engagement beyond school whilst also developing physical fitness and connection to nature.
You will learn to throw a dart with control and adjust your technique based on feedback to improve accuracy.
Move: adopting a balanced stance with the same throwing arm and leg forward will improve the accuracy of shots. Think: ensuring others are clear of your target reduces the risk of harm.
