Health and wellbeing: healthy leadership and effective reviewing skills
This unit will explore ways to lead, motivate and set SMART targets for themselves and others to help construct a meaningful fitness based activity. Pupils will also learn about some of the barriers to participation and how to review progress to help maintain motivation.
You will learn to build confidence in others to increase motivation to complete a task.
Move: holding and executing bodyweight exercises successfully requires maximal effort. Think: overcoming a challenge requires altering your own mindset in order to motivate and empower others.

Mistake: Pupils think confidence is constant. Correction: Fluctuations in confidence are very normal. It is not a static state and often determined by the environment your are in and any previous experience you have of that environment.
