Health and wellbeing: healthy leadership and effective reviewing skills
This unit will explore ways to lead, motivate and set SMART targets for themselves and others to help construct a meaningful fitness based activity. Pupils will also learn about some of the barriers to participation and how to review progress to help maintain motivation.
You will learn to utilise leadership qualities to enable conflict resolution with patience and respect.

Mistake: Pupils think conflict is negative and should always be avoided. Correction: In reality, resolving conflict is an important lifeskill that can also be the catalyst for creativity and innovation. It can challenge assumptions but does need to be managed constructively.
