Health and wellbeing: healthy leadership and effective reviewing skills
This unit will explore ways to lead, motivate and set SMART targets for themselves and others to help construct a meaningful fitness based activity. Pupils will also learn about some of the barriers to participation and how to review progress to help maintain motivation.
You will learn to manage your emotions appropriately and empathise with others so everyone can be included.
Move: giving full attention to someone includes standing still and having open body language. Think: connecting emotional intelligence with accepting and valuing difference, supports successful leadership.
