Outdoor adventurous activities: teamwork, fitness and movement skills
This unit explores skillful movement and physical fitness through teamwork challenges. Pupils will develop teamwork skills and understand both why and how to warm up for different types of physical activity.
You will learn to work as a team to solve a physical challenge at speed and with honesty.
Move: using peers' arms and hands to help with balance and stability will increase success. Move: balancing involves coordinating your muscles, joints and nervous system to keep you stable and prevent falls.
