Outdoor adventurous activities: teamwork, fitness and movement skills
This unit explores skillful movement and physical fitness through teamwork challenges. Pupils will develop teamwork skills and understand both why and how to warm up for different types of physical activity.
You will learn to complete tasks that rely on the contribution of others to reduce risk.
Move: supporting others or guiding them through an area requires accurate positioning. Move: gripping onto our team mates successfully and safely requires a strong wrist grip.
