Outdoor adventurous activities: teamwork, fitness and movement skills
This unit explores skillful movement and physical fitness through teamwork challenges. Pupils will develop teamwork skills and understand both why and how to warm up for different types of physical activity.
You will learn to utilise problem solving and communication skills to perform as a team and then consider what we could have done differently.
Move: with arms outstretched in front, the risk of bumping into things is reduced. Move: working quickly and efficiently through the tasks can lead to success.
